During the course of the complaint assessment, Licensor Champney concluded there was enough information available to determine more likely than not a licensing violation occurred. Licensor reviewed child’s files and observed there were no Written Health Plan included by the child’s health care provider regarding the child’s special dietary requirements. Therefore, the child’s special dietary needs were not being met with a food or drink substitute and was denied entry to attend daycare. ?? "No observation provided."
